Welcome to Hostal la Estrella! Located in Palafrugell in the heart of the Costa Brava, just a few minutes drive from the most idyllic beaches and villages with countless tourist areas of interest. Perfect to discover the Empordà.
Located in the historic centre of Palafrugell, only 200 metres from the market, the church, the theatre, the Cork Museum and commercial streets with shops and restaurants. And in the centre of the Costa Brava with countless tourist areas of interest within easy driving distance, museums, greenways, routes, gardens and natural spaces such as the beaches of Calella, Llafranc and Tamariu.
The building dates back to 1605, fully adapted to the needs of a hostel that preserves the Moorish style of the house and especially its inner courtyard converted into a vermuteria / bar.

The Hostal has double and quadruple rooms, some with bathroom and shower inside the room and others with shared bathroom that have a sink and mirror inside the room so that you can shave, brush your teeth and comb your hair without leaving the room. We also have two communicating double rooms, just ask us!

Inside the hostel you will find our terrace ‘El Patio de la Estrella’ a vermuteria / music bar accessible to all audiences and especially to guests of the hostel, with all kinds of drinks, cocktails, wines and a gastronomic offer adapted to the local, cans of consrva, sausages, salads, sandwiches, our ‘nachos el Pati’ and other things to share.
We have wifi in all areas of the hostel and rooms.
We also have a common area with tables, microwave, fridge, water heater with infusions and coffee maker for the exclusive use of our guests.
